Cancelling Service Requires 3+ E-mails!!!
First off, the app does work as advertise. I do like it and I’ve used it for a few years. However, I no longer need to the paid version, so I went online to my account to cancel the subscription. After looking around the website for a few minutes I discovered that I had to “e-mail” them in order to cancel / get refunded for my purchase. My e-mail was as clear as can be. “Please cancel my service, stop autorenewal, and refund what I just was charged.” About a half hour later, I got an e-mail asking me to reply. In the e-mail it stated “you just renewed your service, please tell me what you want to do.” So I replied once again, cancel, stop autorenew, and refund. I then got another e-mail asking “Why are you cancelling?” I replied again with the same broken record message.
No offense, but any online service that requires me to e-mail or call to cancel service is a company that isn’t confident in their produc or services. Keeper keep things simple! Your app is great, but also understand that not everyone needs or wants your paid service all the time. I would have gladly paid a few dollars for the app on each of my devices, because I do think it’s a great app. However make subscriptions easy and painless. You’ve lost my business now and for the future.
