Started great and free. But now costs $39.00 to access passwords

When I started using this great app it was free. I’ve stored over 70 passwords since 2013. But now the app requires 9.99 for 10 gb and 29.00 for the base plan. Total was nearly $39.00 just to access my passwords. The thing is they don’t have an export so your passwords are locked in their app with no way to retrive them if you want to delete the app.
I’d rather reset all my passwords than give these developers a dime.
