It cannot be said enough - this company is ethically very sketchy. They roped me in with free service the first year, and are now holding my passwords hostage if I don’t renew for $29.99. Even on their own website, under pricing, you’ll see a scathing review under their headline: “People Love Keeper.” It may not be there by the time you see this, so here’s what it says.:

Daily convenience
This USED to be a great product and now they FORCE you to pay for it. Now all my passwords are locked inside and I dont have access to them. I hope this company goes out of business and soon for what they have done. This is absolutely absurd. I will be filing complaints and possibly seeking legal action against this company for their recent policy changes!!!!”

This is one of the worst bait and switch scams I’ve ever been subjected to.
