Beware: This app has become ransomware

I have been using the free version of this app for two or three years, but with the latest update this app has become ransomware. The ‘free’ version of the app has become a ‘trial’, after which you will have to pay for a subscription to continue accessing any information you enter. The company made no attempt to inform me of this change and my trial expired before I could retrieve my information. I have contacted the company to see about extending the trial long enough for me to get the infomation I’d entered.

Regardless of outcome, I would recommend staying away from this company with its shady business practices.
