this is a great app and very easy to use. 2 remarks: there are issues w/ some sites triggering a time out event in Keeper when the access lasts a bit long and the second remark is a commercial one: the paid version should allow more devices within the same fee. I recommend anyway Keeper.

Good Apps, but one NEGATIVE point. The app is secure, very easy to handle. But the ONE bad thing : Even after purchasing the app on your laptop or smartphone, a small window comes up and ask you to purchase again, and again, and again…….

It does what it says and does it well, but it needs an internet connection for some reason to access your passwords... This is a problem because I use the internet at the library a lot and you need a access key that I stored in the app, and I found out I couldnt access it. Can you guys please fix this?? Otherwise awesome app!!!

Ive had an overpriced account with this service for a full year now and there has yet to be any needed bug fixes or feature updates. Like I said before this app is over priced and I have yet to notice a single inovative or original feature. Its plain it boring and it doesnt work well. One password is much better.

I have too many passwords to remember. We probably all do. This app works great for me. I use it with my iPhone and iPad so I always have a device with my passwords on it no matter where I am. I used to not use the cloud sync as it was slow doing it every time. With the new version it seems pretty fast so far. I had problems when I first updated in that the app on my desktop was not working. I emailed customer support and they replied back in 1/2 hour on a Sunday! Im very happy with them!

Dont upgrade! Donwloaded the auto-upgrade, it wiped all the local files that I had built up over time with no way to recover, instead it replaced all my files with a blank download from the sync application. All with no warning!

Dont update this. It will wipe all of your passwords!! They dont even advise you that this will happen. I cant believe they would be so careless with something *so* important. All of my information is now lost - even passwords I was keeping safe for others. DO. NOT. UPDATE. Super embarrasing that a SECURITY UPDATE wipes your information, not someone getting into your computer. Shame. It was great up until that.

Upgrade to new version is not seamless. Ive got better uses of my time than trying out fixes to correct. Very disappointing.

I updated and it completely wiped everything. Terrible. Very disappointed.

Great app, but once you get used to it and want a pro version, you are told that you need to pay for the app EVERY year. What a scam… This is a really basic software, not a service. Why should I pay every year for the same software whitout services? I should pay once.

I find automatic backup is the best. I have upgraded every time a new version comes out and never lost any of my data. Those who have lost data have probably not done their backups consistently or did not follow the backup procedure properly. I am very satisfied with this program and I dont hesitate to recommend it to others. This works on all my devices and whenever I make a change or add a password on one device, it appears on my other devices by the time I start them up.

Easy to use an install. I installed it on my Samsung SIII phone and MacBook Pro notebook computer.

I bought the mobile version and a desktop license as an early adopter before they got really greedy and turned this utility into a paid for service. Frankly, I am tired of having to email them eveytime I hit update all on my iPhone or iPad. The fact that the desktop version is now also broken with this latest update (I cant get at any of my passwords and even wifi sync no longer works) is forcing me to look for an alternative solution. As soon as I find a free (and most importantly) open solution, I will provide a link for others to get it and be done with this horrible experience. My advice -- be sure to export your records to plain text onto a thumb drive before it becomes impossible to do so, or they decide simply to stop supporting you. Terrible user experience. I simply *hate* this software now. Apple: add a feature to allow users to prevent apps from being updated when you hit update all, and/or enable users to get at previous versions. Whats next? An ad based app that requires me to view an ad everytime I want to get at my password? Im done with Callpod -- the charger is in the garbage now too.

So many passwords to keep track of these days and this app keeps me organized for everything work related and personal…….couldnt live without it……..never lets me down…..keeps me mobile and all my data easily accessible!

I have Keeper on my computer, iPad, and iPhone. Easy to use, easy to sync, great software. I would recommend to everyone. I would like to see them offer a special price for backing up multiple devices to help keep my cost down.

So disappointed. I bought this for multiple devices and one day it just stopped working. Support was awful.

I have transferred my info to a different app. Keeper is too expensive and somewhat evil in the way it destroys passwords when updating.

I have three devices all on the the same email address and think ot is totally unfair to charge each device, Even if we have to pay yearly at least let it be one charge not three. Highway robbery.

I think the APP is great! Havent explored all the features yet, however, for $10 per device yearly (and no ads) Im well pleased. It does what I want it to do ~ reliably.
