Can't even set up an account with this app; I tried to register my email, was told the verification code was expired; tried again and was told an account already existed and to log in; login wouldn't accept my email/PW combination, tried to reset PW. Was told I couldn't reset my PW and to contact support. Was THEN told support inbox was dead and to submit a claim on the site… I did, then was told since I was using a trial version I didn't have support privileges. An almost poetically stupid situation.

I have been using it for a while and I have had 2 issues that were not related to the performance of the app. In both cases Keeper support solved both issues almost immediately. So great performance and great support. The support could not have been better!

It took some getting used to, but the results are well worth the effort. I spend hours online daily, and that time is much smoother now.

Keeper is a passable password manager. I was in the market for a new one, and gave this one a try for a few days. It caught about 60% of the sites to autofill for me, meaning I had to look up the other ones. That alone was a dealbreaker when compared to others I tried that were flawless like Bitwarden. But if you do buy it, buy it from the Mac Store. Because if you buy it from their website, the price they charge triples as they force you to opt OUT of a bunch of additional services. If you just click through wihtout being very alert on that site, you'll spend way more money.

Its an ok app. nothing exeptional about it. however they have taken to showing jarring ads on the login apge of the app. to their webinars first!! who gives a dman about their webinars! i only need to remember my passwords and i pay them a yearly fee to do it. on top of that they now barrage me with these impossible to stop ads for their services I dont want. They did this in their latest update. For petes sake stop. we had an agreement where I padi you money and you provide a service. You now amend it to upsell me things that are usless to me. this is in bad faith. therefore This app is therefore now trash. useless. I strongly encourage people not to get this, dont pay them ANY money. stay away from this.

This app does not allow you to delete or edit your passwords after the "trial" expires. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! They basically hold your information hostage for $34.99 / year for a service which is offered for free by most browsers and operating systems.

Love the app. I work across multiple devices and LOVE that I can safely store my information in an app like this. I've moved past the antiquated days of keeping passwords in a password-protected file!

Most of the documentation for Keeper is either designed to initially seel the program, or is unbelievably CRYPTIC AND UNHELPFUL. I have run into problems with implementing passcodes in Keeper. My google account has become unusable on myiMaqc after spending several hours attempting to resolve it. Being referred repeatedly to unhyelpful documnentation or to chat (the most singularly unhelpful assistance modality ever conceived. Its lower cost is irrelevent if it doesn;t in effect help. I am extremely disappointed. A utility should siomplify the enduser's life, not add an additionasl layer of stuff to worry aboiut.

This will end up wasting years of your life over the lifetime of owning it. I regrettably switched to this password manager, and now I need to slowly migrate. The UI is incredibly slow, sometimes taking minutes to load, regardless of which interface you choose, but the browser extension is absolute worst. I can't express how painful it is to use this. Actually the fact that I am taking my time to write this should tell you everything. DO NOT BUY

We have had Keeper Password Manager for almost a decade and had never had to contact support until this week. That's the first great thing about Keeper that I love - It is almost fool proof. Easy to learn and easy to grow with. We had noticed that sometimes it didn't appear that were were getting the changes sync'd across all of our devices. We put a ticket in via e-mail on a Saturday expecting to har back from someone on Monday. We received an answering e-mail the same day with instructions on how to access our Keeper Vault to determine the exact info that were were storing and also to review our account details. We were able to tell right away what the issue was and corrected it on the spot. Then we checked on our devices and we were fully sync'd. We appreciate the responsive service, and appreciate even more that we have had to access it only one time in almost 10 years!

My laptop got stolen a couple years ago and I had so much stress because all my passwords were saved in a notebook page on my computer. After that, I decided to use keeper for everything. It's so convenient and secure. You can get the app on your phone so you can access all of your passwords whenever you need to! 10/10 recommend!

I have been a paying customer for probably three or more years. I have enjoyed the versatility across devices and easy of use. However my safari extension has not worked since Sonoma came out. I figured it was just taking them time to catch up, but they haven't yet. Very disappointing. I may have to start shopping for a new passowrd manager.

Even typing th RIGHT password it did not worked, not even available to change my password

First time in my life I'm writing bad review but keeper weel desrved it. Keeper is very counter intuitive and difficult to use software. I purchased yearly plan and paid in full for whole year. I did not liked the product from the day one and did not use it at all. Year after keeper renew my subscription and charge me again for one more year. I contacted customer servece right away and nicely requested to refund me money because I don't use this product. They were thinking about refund for two weeks and when they refuse to refund money because they are "the best platform on the market". DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PASSWORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend that you give this app a try. I have used this product since I'd gotten an Iphone 6 max. I do pay for the Keeper Unlimited and have not regreted this. This product offers several ways to use, sugggests security passwords, intergrates between my Iphone, Ipad and my Mac. since using this I haven't had issues with passwords and websites. One click and I am usually in the website. I am so pleased and happy that I have recommended this to all my Family and Friends

I've used Keeper for a decade. It allows me to save passwords and more, accessible across all platforms - my Mac and Windows and i-devices, PLUS browser access if I need to use a friend's computer. I'd be lost without it.

its saying I need to update this app for the safari extension to work. But its fully updated..

this is a great product and used it for years before i upgraded and now love it more. i dont worry about password security and i love that i dont have my passwords laying about. they go with me anywhere i go

I have been using this for about 5 years. I can access it easily on my phone (both android and apple), through a browser, and on my Ipad. I keep everything in here and feel it is safe.

Works well. Had been using 1Password since it was a one time purchase but started haveing issues with facial ID on the mobile vesion. After reviewing tried Keeper and am pleased. As mentioned customer support has been helpful and timely. Would recommend.

I have muliple password keepers. I keep the master password to those other accounts in my Keeper account. Its organized in a smart fashion. It doesnt have anoying popups when filling out forms and it is my go-to password keeper. 5 stars!

I have used Keeper since 2010 or so. Have always kept unique passwords for nearly everything. Never had an issue. With MFA I know no one can access my vault without me knowing. Great product for a great price.

Not ony does it keep my passwords safe. I'm able to go through al my bills in miutes an pay them. Keeps my credit score up! Has never failed me.

So easy to use, ubiquitous across all my devices AND MY SPOUSE's (assuming we share the passwords)... highly recommend!

I have been using Keeper for over 8 years now and with as many usernames and passwords that I have to manage it has been an absolute life saver! I pay for the subscription so it syncs on all my devices which allows me to access all my accounts no matter where I am located at that time. I have been in situations where I had to use a different computer to access my accounts outside of my home and having my login information handy helped out immensley! I highly recommend Keeper!

I depend upon Keeper daily. I do not expect that it will dissapoint me.

Generates complex passwords and secures them. Can also store second factor authentication like security questions and other deails associated with the record. Synchronizes the username/passwords across all our Apples devices, which is great.

Keeper is a great password vault. I love how it works across all my devices. The user interface is easy to use. It has features like password generation with options like password complexity or length. It is regularaly maintained and updated.

The Keeper Password Manager does everything that I need it to do. I have been a user for several years. Over that time, I have seen continuous improvements and development in the product. The User Interface is intuitive and easy to work with. The additional features help to keep your information safe online. Seamless and easy to use on phone or laptop

AIO Password Keeper.

I have been using this app for a long time to manage all my passwords. It can be used as a stand alone PW manager or as a plug in to most internet search engines. I use the paid version and my wife and I share this app to store all of our passwords because if one of us makes changes the app will update automatically. I use this app on my MBA, my iPad's, and my iPhones. There is no other PW manager that is better than this one. Yes. You have to pay for it but it is well worth the money. Thanks.
